James Edward Jeffries

James Edward (Butch) Jeffries 62, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed peacefully on the morning of October 10, 2019 at Baptist Health Little Rock. He was born on April 28, 1957 to the late Frankie B Donaldson Jeffries and Rev Luther Jeffries Sr. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Luther Jeffries Jr. and George Spann. He leaves to cherish his loving memories, twin daughters; Jada and Jennifer Flack, seven sisters; Gussie Charles, Ruby and Vearlon Jeffries, and Jalonda Lane, all of Little Rock, AR; Maxine Shackelford, Orlando, FL; Linder Green, Homestead, FL; and Hannah (John) Harris of Lonoke, AR; two brothers; Thurman and Charles Jeffries of Little Rock, Ark. Family hour will be Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 6 p.m., and his Homegoing Celebration will be Friday, October 18, 2019 at 11 a.m. Both services will be held at St. Paul Baptist Church of Little Rock, 2603 S. Commerce St., Pastor R. DeShun Coates. Services entrusted to Premier Funeral Home, 1518 S. Battery St., Little Rock, Ark.
