William Howard Straughan Jr., 83, of Lowell, Ark. died October 13, 2019 in Rogers. Preceded by: parents, William and Lottie Straughan. Survived by: wife, Genevieve; three sons, Keith Kull (Judy), Lonnie Straughan (Roselie) and William Straughan, III; Brenda Conlon; many grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Private graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Rogers Cemetery at the mausoleum. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.
