Cordia Seratt

Cordia Seratt, 93, of McRae, went to be with the Lord Monday, Oct 21, 2019. She was a homemaker and a member of Floyd First Baptist church. She loved volunteering at CARTI and Central Ark Hospital in Searcy. She is survived by 3 daughters, Debra Cook, Bobbie Payne, both of McRae and Patricia Gerecke of Derby, Kansas, one sister, Eunice Sanford of Palo Alto, California, six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents LJ and Kate Peters, her husband, Robert Leon Seratt, and 11 brothers and sisters. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Smith Westbrook funeral home with burial to follow in Lebanon Cemetery at McRae. www.smithfamilycares.com.
