Survived by his maternal grandparents, Susan and Hernando Lombana; paternal grandparents, Christina and Lucio Ortiz-Perez; uncles, Joseph Fogas and Hernando Lombana; brother, Bryan Ortiz-Perez; two sisters, Yzabell Perez, Gabriella Ortiz.
