Ferrell Bruce Grigsby age 74, Jacksonville, Ark. passed away on October 23, 2019. Born on December 6, 1944 originally from Bradford, Ark. to C.F. and Cleo Grigsby. He lived his life serving God and others. He was a faithful member of Bayou Meto Baptist Church and The Baptist State Convention–Disaster Relief Unit. He was a retired truck driver for ABF. He loved being outdoors and spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by loving wife of 47 years Phyllis Grigsby; son, Gregory Grigsby; father, C.F. Grigsby; and brother, Michael Grigsby.
He is survived by mother, Cleo Grigsby; daughters, Shelley Burrow (Andy), Kimberley Grigsby; sisters, Kay Guthrie (Rodney), Grace McDougal (Everet); granddaughters, Bethany Lewis (Jordan), Hannah Phillips (Jacob), and an abundance of loved cousins, nieces, nephews and great–grandchildren.
Funeral services are 2 p.m., Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Bayou Meto Baptist Church in Jacksonville with Brother David Talbert and Brother Paul Rice officiating. Interment will follow at Heard Cemetery in Bradford. Visitation will be 5–7 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Arrangements by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
