Wanda Hively Seay

WANDA HIVELY SEAY, 87, of North Little Rock, passed away on October 24, 2019. She is survived by her son David (Claudia); grandson, Hayden Seay; a nephew that she thought of as a son Phil (Pat) Hively; and a host of nephews, nieces, friends, family and loved ones. Her husband, Otto, parents and brother, Coy Hively, predecease her. Per her request, there will be no visitation. Committal service will be held at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, Thursday, October 31st at 11 a.m. A special thank you to Shawnda's Elderly Care for taking such loving care of her.
