Charles Lee "Chuck" Baxter, 67, died October 27, 2019. He was born July 28, 1952 in Eudora, Ark. to Charlie and Billie Baxter. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son. Chuck is survived by his wife Karen Hearn Baxter, two sons, Phillip Baxter of Monticello and Kris Baxter of Rogers, four grandchildren, and one brother, Paul Baxter of Conyers, Ga.
