Shirley Lou Healy, 81, of Austin, Arkansas went to be with the Lord October 27, 2019. She retired as manager of North Pulaski Water Works. Shirley was a member of Oak Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Raymon O'Neal Healy of Austin; one son, Brian Healy of Floyd; one daughter, Ramona Donatelli of Redfield; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three siblings.
