Betty J. Foley, 71, of Jacksonville, Ark., departed this life October 29, 2019. She is preceded in death by her daughter: Lashona Foley; parents: Levi and Pearlie Harper; siblings: Louise Akins, Earnest Harper, and Larry Harper. She leaves to cherish her memory: children: Deborah Keys, Donna Hughes, Michelle Turner, Antynette Foley and Steven Foley; siblings: L.V. Harper, Damon Harper, Milton Harper, Randy Harper, Ricky Harper, Bobbie Ramey, Derenda Fowler and Janice Harper; 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and a host of nephews, nieces, and other family and friends.
