Bruce A. Thompson, 56, of Benton, Arkansas passed from this life October 26, 2019. He was born November 18, 1962 in Somerville, New Jersey to the late Jack and Anne Thompson. Bruce served in and retired from the United States Army; was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and talking to his friends on facebook through his group M.E.T.A. (men eating tasty animals).
He is also preceded in death by his brother Stephen Thompson. Bruce leaves behind his loving wife of 29 years, Elizabeth Thompson; four children Victoria, Zachary, Julia and Danielle Thompson; one grandson Jude Gerbig-Lee; two siblings John Thompson (Carol), Linda Apgar (Danny); his "war dogs" Bella and Gen. James Mad dog Mattis and a host of other family and friends.
