Michael Jalyn Crumbly

Michael Jalyn Crumbly, 19, of Cabot, took his first step into eternity August 29, 2019. He was born May 12, 2000 in Little Rock. Jalyn was a big-hearted young man with a contagious laugh and beautifully captivating eyes. He enjoyed duck hunting and playing golf with his best buddies. He loved playing football and baseball. Jalyn was part of the 2017 Cabot Panther State Championship baseball team. He was a momma's boy and she was his number one fan. Jalyn treasured time with his family. He had a great time attending college and loved every moment he got to spend with friends. Jalyn was a beautiful soul with a smile that could light up the room. He was a member of CrossRoads Cowboy Church and their Young Adult group. Jalyn received Jesus Christ as his Saviour on July 16, 2019. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, S.E. and Emma Green, George "Pappy" Crumbly, Sr. and Ulysses Martin. Jalyn is survived by his parents, Emma Crumbly and Michael Brooks; two brothers, Michael and Major Brooks; maternal grandparents, George & Donna Crumbly; paternal grandparents, Mike & Shari Martin and Linda Brooks; great-grandparents, Carrie Belle Martin, and Jo Ann "Nanna" Crumbly; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that loved him and cherished every moment with him. Celebration of Life services will be 10 a.m., Monday, September 2, 2019 at CrossRoads Cowboy Church in El Paso with George Crumbly and Josh Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Sylvania Cemetery in Ward. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Sunday, September 1, 2019 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home.
