Edith Lilly

Edith Lilly, of Little Rock passed from this life on September 6, 2019. Edith was born on October 26, 1927 to the late Othar Burroughs and Etta Davis Burroughs in Damascus, Arkansas. Edith is survived by two sons, Lloyd Hamby (Sara), and Bobby Hamby (Audrey); six grandchildren, Rusty Hamby (Mary), Chuck Hamby (Kelley), Bobby Hamby (Natosha), Andrea Bower (Jeff), Chris Hamby, Brice Nosal (Stoney), several great-grandchildren; and step-daughter, Sherry Hoggard (Dale) and their children: Kevin, Mike, Robin, and Jennifer. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence Lilly, Jr., two sisters, Ocylene Hamby and Icelean Holland and an infant brother, Otis Burroughs. Edith was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling, especially to California. She was an out-spoken individual who never minded sharing her opinion. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Old Salem Cemetery, Bee Branch.
