Hazel M. Knowles Grable

Hazel M. Knowles Grable, 91, went to be with the LORD on Thursday, September 19, 2019. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 6, 1928 to the late Frank E. Knowles and Flora V. Sanders Knowles. She was a lifelong member of Antioch Baptist Church in Little Rock where she met and married her husband Weldon, of 72 years. She was retired from the Little Rock School District. She was a great Christian example to everyone who knew her. A loving and devoted wife, mother and mamaw. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, three sisters, and one son-in-law. Those remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Weldon; her children, Phil (Susie), Jan Smith (Bob–deceased), Scott (Rita), Terri Clower (Kevin), Christie Hall (Ken); eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to welcome all to a visitation on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 5-7 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 5300 Stagecoach Road, in Little Rock. The Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church with burial to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Antioch Baptist Church.
