Charles Herbert Prioleau

Charles (Chuck) Herbert Prioleau, 65, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away Sunday, September 22, 2019 after a brief illness. He graduated from North Little Rock High School in 1972. Chuck served in the United State Navy; worked as a former real estate agent and was a long term employee of Howard's liquor. In 1993 Chuck opened Bungalow Bill's gift shop where he was the owner for over 25 years. He was witty, funny, intelligent and stubborn but most of all he was very loving, loyal, and generous to his many close friends and he will be greatly missed by all. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Ruth Prioleau. He is survived by his sisters Sharon Stark and Linda Montgomery both of North Little Rock, Arkansas and a host of nieces and nephews. A special thanks to Debbie Kolwyck for her unfailing dedication to Chuck in his final days. A celebration of Chuck's life will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Burns Park Hospitality House from 6:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
