James C. McNeal

JAMES C. MCNEAL, 75 of Little Rock and a member of Union AME Church received his heavenly wings on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. He was born to Jim and Marie McNeal in Clarksville, Ark., on November 12, 1944. James attended the College of the Ozarks, now the Univ. of the Ozarks where he played football. He later attended the Computer Training and Placement School in Little Rock. James had a 40 plus years successful career in Computer Technology working in IT Departments at Commercial Nat'l Bank, retiring from Alcoa Aluminum Co. of America and ending his career last Wednesday morning at CADC where he served as Supervisor of Technology. James is survived by his wife of almost 49 years, Marie A. McNeal; daughter, Shayla (Vincent); seven godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, fishing buddies, church members and friends. Walk-Thru visitation will be held Monday, Aug. 10, 2020, 10-4:30. Funeral service will be Tuesday, August 11, 2020, at 11 a.m. Live streaming will be available on the Ruffin & Jarrett face book page. Face masks required. Observe social distancing, seating will be limited. Both services will held be at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 Chester Street, Little Rock.
