Lowell Thomas Dillard Sr, 71, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully on December 6, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Hettie Dillard. Survived by loving wife of 53 years, Margaret Dillard, three children; Lowell Dillard Jr, David Dillard, Kenitra Woolfolk her husband, Michael Woolfolk, one granddaughter, Camryn Woolfolk, four brothers; Lloyd Dillard, wife Jean, Ronnie Ford, wife Claudine, Aldolphus Hall, Maurice Hervey, wife Vickie and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Visitation December 14, 2020, 3-5 p.m., and the Funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 15, at 11 a.m. Both services will be held at Premier Funeral Home, 1518 S. Battery St, Little Rock, Ark., 72202.
