Lindsay Renee Deweese Williams, age 42, of Fayetteville, passed away Wednesday January 29, 2020. She was born March 5, 1977 in Texarkana, Texas, the daughter of Tommy and Cathy Cheyne Deweese. Our bright and shining light has left this earthly home for her heavenly home way too soon. Our hearts are broken that we have to carry on without her. She loved life with her family especially her precious daughters and fought health issues with all of her strength to stay with us. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Lucille Deweese and her maternal grandparents Bob and Jennie Cheyne. Lindsay spent her first 13 years growing up in Texarkana, Texas where she attended Pleasant Grove schools. She had accepted the Lord as her Savior and was baptized at Beech Street Baptist Church in Texarkana, Arkansas. The family later moved to Fayetteville where Lindsay graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1995. She stayed in close contact with her Pleasant Grove friends throughout the years. She loved to prepare home cooked meals and was a big fan of Pinterest ideas and recipes. Kendall was the love of her life and just being together with family made her the happiest. Her greatest joy in life was being involved in her three daughters' activities, everything from competitive soccer to cheer squads and Special Olympics events. She was always there cheering them on. A huge part of her will continue to live on within each of us. She was so loved and gone too soon. She is survived by her husband, Kendall Williams; three daughters Ginny Williams, Sydney Williams and Kinley Williams all of Fayetteville; her parents, Tommy and Cathy Deweese of Fayetteville; a brother, Hunter Deweese and his wife Leanne of Fayetteville; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Morgan and Shirley Williams of Farmington; two nephews, Holden Deweese and John Grady Deweese; two sisters-in-law, Suzette Vest and Jennifer Peoples both of Farmington along with other numerous extended family. Visitation will be 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Monday February 3, 2020 at First Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with burial to follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville. Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Foundation, (for Arkansas Children's Northwest), 4093 West Sunset Ave., Suite 102, Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
