Duane Ellis Carter, 73, of Mountain Home, Arkansas will have services at a later date. Duane died on January 23rd. Survived by his wife, Peggy; two sons, Lenny Carter, and Rory Lieb; two daughters, Toni Carter, and Tabitha Witthun.
