Elizabeth "Betsy" Bell Smith

Elizabeth "Betsy" Bell Smith, age 85, of Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed into eternal rest July 5, 2020. She was born August 25, 1934 in Blytheville, Arkansas to James and Margaret Bell. Betsy was a public school teacher. She was a resident of Bella Vista since 1990. She was member of PEO and the Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista. Betsy served on the Village House Board and volunteered with Washington Regional Hospice and the Bella Vista Public Library. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Smith. Betsy is survived by her sons, Rob Smith (Cynthia) of Greer, SC, Stewart Smith (Laura) of Little Rock, Tom Smith of Bella Vista; and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Final resting place will be Bella Vista Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Presbyterian Church of Bella Vista or the Bella Vista Public Library. Arrangements are by Bella Vista Funeral Home and Crematory.
