Cheryl Ann Roque

Cheryl Ann Roque (Mecchi), 60, of Gentry, Ark., passed away March 10, 2020. Born in Pawtucket, R. I., to Frank and Martha (Taylor) Mecchi on March 31, 1959. Cheryl enjoyed baking, cooking, and sewing. She especially enjoyed these activities with her granddaughters. She attended the University of Arkansas where she became a Certified Respiratory Therapist. During her career, she worked at both Northwest Medical Center in Springdale and Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. Cheryl is survived by her husband, Paul Roque, of 43 years; son Christopher, his wife Jassira ,and children Zoe and Alyssa of Pawtucket R. I.; and son Matthew, his wife Trista, and their children Emily and Tenley of Lincoln, Neb. Memorial service will be held at the Gentry SDA Church on Saturday, July 25th at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions to be made in lieu of flowers to the Gentry SDA Church Worthy Student Fund.
