Pamela Ann Davis Looney

PAMELA ANN DAVIS LOONEY, 72, of Little Rock, passed away March 13, 2020 with her family at her side. She was born in Fordyce to the late Roy and Dorothy Black Davis and worked in state government as an Assistant Commissioner – Finance for the Insurance Department of Arkansas. She enjoyed watching QVC and loved spending time with her family and her animals. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Robert Looney; daughters, Candice Aipperspach (Ian) of Texas and Natalie Looney of Malvern; her mother-in-law, Marion E. Looney of Little Rock; and sister-in-law, Carol Smith (Wayne) of Edgemont. She was also preceded in death by her beloved Pug, Barron and Dachshund, Max. Services will be held on Monday, March 16 at 1 p.m., preceded by visitation beginning at noon, at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct.
