Lynn Crain Tutor 64, of Wynne, Ark., died on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. Lynn was born on February 17, 1956, in Wynne, Ark., to the late Vance and Willene Jaggars Crain. Lynn was a graduate of the 1974 Class of Wynne High School; Arkansas State University, earning a B.S. in Lab Science; and the School of Medical Laboratory Science at Baptist Health. While attending Arkansas State University, Lynn was a majorette in 1974 and 1975 and was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. She was a member of Wynne Baptist Church and the Ladies Bible Study Group. Lynn worked at Wynne Medical, Forrest City Medical Center and CrossRidge Hospital. She was an enthusiastic fan of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. Lynn is survived by her husband of 44 years, Tony Tutor; son, Dr. Vance Wesley Tutor of Memphis; granddaughter, Mackenzie DuCharme; sisters, Brenda Caldwell and husband Ronald of Wynne, Jeanne Owens and husband Tommy of Wynne; sisters-in-law, Kathey Boeckmann of Wynne, Mona Smith and husband Donnie of Harrison; and mother-in-law, Opal Behning and husband Jerry of Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Vance and Willene Crain; daughter, Jenny DuCharme; and sister, Joy Crain. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020, at Kernodle Funeral Home from 9:30-11 a.m., with funeral services following. Burial will be private.
