John Patrick Sawyer

JOHN PATRICK SAWYER, age 61, of Little Rock, passed away on 13, 2020 in Clinton Township, Mich. Born to Carl and Marie on March 28th of 1959; beloved husband to Debra; loving father to Krystal A. (Philip) Wolanin and John (Amanda) McCallister; cherished grandpa of nine; dear brother to Carl Sawyer, Roxanne Ruple, Perry Sawyer, and Tina (Corey) Franklin; he is also survived by many other loving family members and friends. John graduated from college with a bachelor's in psychology and went onto work at TACOM for many years. Here he developed many friendships, as he is described as a being a "people magnet" with a huge heart. John was also an avid Razorbacks fan. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Humane Society of Macomb, 11350 Twenty Two Mile Road, Utica, Mich., 48317. Graveside service will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Calvary Cemetery, Woodrow & Charles Bussey Streets, Little Rock, 72204 with Deacon John "Bo" McAllister officiating.
