Virginia Rhew

Virginia Rhew, 94, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020. She was born April 2, 1926, in Denmark, Ark., to Joe Whitener and Henrietta Guthrie Whitener. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Woodrow V. Rhew; daughter, Barbara Stockton; granddaughter, Sarah Stockton; three sisters; and three brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Debby Simmons (Jim); granddaughters, Tessa Scott, Abbi Kontz (Adam); grandsons, George Stockton, John Stockton (Rebecca), Dr. Jacob Hendricks (Dawna); great-grandchildren, Rachel Stockton, Emma Stockton, Geoffrey Scott, Zachary Jarvis and Brandon Scott, sister, Betty Dunn; and brother, Freddy Whitener.
