Robert "Jason" Walton

Robert Jason "Jason" Walton, 48, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 19, 2021. Jason was born in Little Rock on April 17, 1973. He graduated from Catholic High School for Boys where he played football and basketball for the Junior Varsity teams. He attended the University of Central Arkansas. Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Al and Helen Sweaney, and Louis Walton and Emily Nunis. He is survived by his parents, Brenda and Bob Walton; his brother, Chris; his sister-in-law, Kathryn; and nieces, Abby Elisabeth and Emma Grace Walton. Jason spent 24 years in the Washington, D.C., area in logistics for UPS and FedEx. He was an avid Razorbacks fan, returning to Arkansas to attend football and basketball games with his family. His hobby was abstract painting. Visitation will be Friday, April 23, 2021, at Ruebel Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Mt. Holly Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2021. There will be a reception with refreshments at the home of Brenda and Bob following the graveside service.
