Donald "Skinny" Wallace

Donald "Skinny" Ray Wallace, 83, of Tichnor passed away February 19, 2021. He and along with his twin brother, Ronald Jay Wallace, were born February 11, 1938, to Jeffery Wallace and Jewel Eichler Wallace. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kay Byers Wallace; his parents; son-in-law, Marvin Riggs; four brothers, Ronald, Jeffery, Jr., Charles, and Billy Wallace; and three sisters, Norma Fowler, Catherine Hayes, and baby sister, Linda Wallace. Donald is survived by his three children, Donna (Eddie) Best of Gillett, Ark., Teena Riggs of Greenwood, Ark., and Penny (Marvin) Beaver of DeWitt, Ark.; five grandchildren, Andrea (Jessie) Emerson of Elkins, Becca (Johnathan) Powell of Pine Bluff, Kay (Kevin) Reynolds of White Hall, Austin Riggs of Greenwood, and Kelsey (Nick) Bohannon of DeWitt; three great-grandchildren, Ryan Beaver, Aidan and AJ Emerson, and future great-grandson, Parker Powell; his brother, Benny Wallace and two sisters, Velma Williams and Betty Houghton; and special nephew, Larry Wallace. Graveside services will be 2:00 Wednesday, February 24, at the Wallace Menard Cemetery by Essex Funeral Home.
