Mary Louise "Tootie" Mazzanti Mencer, age 78, of Lake Village died Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at home in Lake Village. Mary was born August 30, 1942, in Lake Village, Ark., to the late Mike M. Mazzanti and the late Rose (Favi) Mazzanti. She loved spending her Sunday afternoons on the bank of Lake Chicot with whoever would come to spend the day. She had a special bond with Saint Mary's School and Montrose Academy families. She was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Church of Lake Village. Our family would like to extend our extreme gratitude for the special care and attention given to her in her final days, at UAMS, especially by Dr. Corey Montgomery and her cancer team. She is survived by her husband: Olan H. Mencer of 58 years, two daughters: Angela (Chris) Hatch of Lake Village, Ark., and Kelley (Kevin) Bramer of Tom Bean, Texas; two sons, Michael (Debbi) Mencer of Lake Village, Ark. and David (Susan) Mencer of Monticello, AR; two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Harris and Agnes (George) Routon; seven grandchildren, Justin Mencer, Cody (Courtney) Mencer, Rose Mencer, Sam Mencer, Mary Josetta Mencer, Brandon (Maddi) Bramer, and Courtney Bramer, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, who were all very dear to her. In lieu of flowers, please consider our Lady of the Lake Church or the charity of your choice. Walkthrough Visitation, Saturday, January 2nd, 2021, 9-10:30 a.m. at Bishop-King Funeral Home Chapel followed by Rosary at 10:30. Mass of a Christian Burial will be Saturday, January 2nd, 2021 at 11 a.m. at our Lady of the Lake Church followed by burial at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Cemetery Lake Village, Ark. Arrangements are by Bishop-King Funeral Home of Lake Village, Arkansas.
