Kenneth James Ward, Jr

Kenneth James Ward, Jr., 66, of Springdale, Ark., went to be with the Lord January 28, 2021, in Springdale. He was born September 21, 1954, in Millington, Tenn., the son of Kenneth James Ward, Sr. and Peggy Rogers Ward. He was retired from the University of Arkansas Poultry Farm and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, painting, gardening, cooking, drawing pictures, and wood carving. He is preceded in death by his father. Mr. Ward is survived by his wife, Renita Smith Ward, of the home; his mother, Peggy Ward, of Prairie Grove, Ark.; three sons: Jeremy Smith, Matthew Ward and Nicholas Ward, all of Springdale; one brother, Sam Ward (Heather), of Prairie Grove, Ark.; three sisters: Pam Compton (Larry) of Farmington, Ark.; Lisa Davis (Richard) of Yates Center, Kan., and Karen Carnes (Tony) of Prairie Grove, Ark.; two grandchildren: Percephony Smith and Jeremiah Smith; a host of nieces and nephews, and his faithful companion, Chocolate.
