Mary Virginia Bayliss DeCicco

MARY VIRGINIA BAYLISS DECICCO, 88, daughter of Virginia and Raymond Bayliss passed away peacefully at home on January 27, 2021, surrounded by her family. Mary was born on June 6, 1932, in Winchester, Va. She attended and graduated from Handley High in 1949. She enjoyed family, shopping, and creating many kinds of crafts. On July 3, 1952, she married Alfred DeCicco. Mary is survived by her husband of 68 years; her four children: Debbie and Ron Arrison, Sharon and Sam Mongelluzzo, Joyce and Jacob Smitter, and Tony and Sharon DeCicco; 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Betty Yost. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Melvin Bayliss, and son-in-law, Guy Lucas (Joyce). A memorial service will be held at VA Cemetery in Sherwood, Ark., February third at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Little Rock or Arkansas Hospice.
