Michael (Mike) David Keith, Jr.

Michael (Mike) David Keith Jr, born of Muncie, Ind., September 4, 1978, passed away peacefully with loved ones at Northwest Arkansas Hospital on January 25, 2021. Mike is survived by his wife Kristin Baureis Keith, children Lillian and Haedyn Keith and stepchildren Nicholas and Matthew Ames, and his fur kitties Maitai, Daxal and Mask, Father Michael Keith Sr and Alicia Gibson Keith, and siblings Kasey and Chase Keith. He is preceded in death by grandparents Jim and Jane Keith.
