SCIPIO A. DOVE, JR., 56, of Little Rock, departed this life January 28, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Scipio A. Dove Sr.; siblings, Priscilla and Isaac. He leaves to cherish in his memory his siblings, Willetta Dove, Vanessa Flowers, Arthur Jordan, Yvonne Alexander, Tiny Alexander; uncle, George (Yvonne) Dove Sr.; god-brother, Roshaun Shepard; and a host of other relatives and friends.
