Frances Louise Browning

Frances Louise Browning, 83 of Benton, went to be with her Savior on the morning of June 30, 2021. She was born on June 1, 1938, in Benton to the late Henry Earl and Lille Bell Gilbert Smith. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Jacob McClintic. She is survived by her precious husband of 63 years, John Browning, Sr.; four children, Pam Browning, Dee (Dale) Schimmel, Janet (Dennis) McClintic, and John Jr., (Jennifer) Browning; five grandchildren, Brixey (David, Jr.) Hendrix, Matthew (Morgan) McClintic, Bailey (Ross) Smith, Brittany (Ben) Cash, and Hannah Browning; four great-grandchildren, Eden Hendrix, and Whitlee, Emberlee, and Berklee Cash. Frances was a faithful member of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church for over 35 years. She had a loving spirit and serving heart. Frances will be remembered by all as a comforting friend, faithful wife, mother and loving MeMe. Church services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6th, at Sharon Missionary Baptist Church with John Owen and Dennis McClintic officiating. Burial will follow at Ten Mile Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 5, at Ashby Funeral Home, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sharon Baptist Church Missions or Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock.
