James Ronald Evans

James Ronald Evans, 81, of Bryant passed away July 6, 2021. James was born on March 26, 1940, in Dyersburg, Tenn.,; the son of Herbert and Beniva (Rambo) Evans. He worked for J.A. Riggs Tractor Company until his retirement. He married Mary Kay (Armstrong) Evans in 1996. James was very mechanical, and could fix anything. He enjoyed fast cars, and Nascar Racing. James leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Mary Kay; daughter, Tammi Evans Roberts of North Little Rock; stepdaughters, Kerri Littleton of Bryant, and Marsha Gibson of Hot Springs; stepson, Steve Lewandowski of Little Rock; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and a brother. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Pinecrest Funeral Home in Alexander, from 9-10 a.m. with services beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park in Alexander. In lieu of flowers James' family suggest donation be made to St. Jude in his honor.
