Mary Ellen Norris Elliott Horton Williams

Mary Ellen Norris Elliott Horton Williams, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, passed away on October 15, 2021, after a brief illness. Born in Houston, Texas, on August 29, 1931, to the late James Wesley Norris and Guila Lucille Norris, she is predeceased by husband, Willie Williams and daughter, Kathy Elliott Harness. Survivors include brothers, James Norris and Robert Norris, children, Dianne Elliott (Roland), Wesley Elliott (Sue), Tammy Whited, Randy Horton, Robert Thomas, Cissie Knighten, 11 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Mom was a strong woman who lived life her way. She leaves us with wonderful memories and stories to cherish. She had a wonderful sense of humor and blue eyes that twinkled. She enjoyed plants, rocks, fishing, coffee, old movies, and chocolate. She loved and is loved by her family and all who knew her. We will miss her dearly.
