John William "Bill" Jones

JOHN WILLIAM "BILL" JONES, 103, died peacefully on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Briarwood. He was born May 29, 1918 to Henry and Rosa Stein Jones. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was an auto body repairman for Bale Chevrolet. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Little Rock. He is survived by children, Don Jones (Judy) of Conway, Robert Jones (Carol) of Bryant, and Pat Funk (Jack) of Little Rock; grandchildren, Julie Riddle (Jeff) of Damascus, Donny Jones (Adrea) of Conway, Tony Price (Kristy) of North Little Rock, Tracy Price (Cory Terrebonne) of Louisiana, Stephanie Funk (Steve McCratic) of Bentonville, and Alicia Chambers (Vaughan) of Chicago; great-grandchildren, Blake Riddle (Chelsea), Landon Riddle (Hannah), Madison and Wyatt Price, Jackson Denny, Cameron and Elizabeth Stricklin, Charlotte Grace McCratic, Ashley Lowry, Piper McCratic, and Grant Jones; and great-great-grandchildren, Brynlee Riddle and Lainie Riddle. He is also survived by other extended family and friends. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Kueck Jones; daughter, Sandy Price; parents; and sisters, Katherine Wilhelm and Dora Winstead. Visitation will be 10-11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sep 29, 2021 at Grace Lutheran Church, 5124 Hillcrest, Little Rock. Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m., at the church, followed by interment with military honors at Pinecrest Memorial Park, Alexander, Ark. Memorials may be made to Grace Lutheran Church, P.O.
