Elley Adrianna Lindsey, 26, of Fayetteville, passed away April 2, 2022. She was born March 1, 1996, in Batesville, to Elbert William and Stacey (Finney) Lindsey. Elley was a graduate of BHS class of 2014 and a graduate of Lyon College class of 2018, where she played volleyball for both schools. She was also a graduate of Paul Mitchell class of 2019, where she received her cosmetology license. After graduating, she went on to be a cosmetologist for Black Sheep Salon. She had a great personality and loved to laugh. She was beautiful, relentless, independent, nonconforming, and confident. Elley was a bright light to those who met her and loved her family with all her heart. Elley was a people person who loved to fish, watch the Razorbacks, and was a very passionate dog mom to Rae Rae, Tracer Boy, and Lady Bug. Survivors include her parents, Elbert and Stacey Lindsey of Batesville; one brother, William Tanner Lindsey of Florence, South Carolina; her aunts and uncles, Jason Finney (Mark) of Little Rock, Beth Finney (Caleb, Son) of Little Rock, Barbara Reynolds of Batesville, and Norma James of Little Rock; great-aunts, Daphine Platt and Dorothy Winters; the love of her life, Oakley Davis of Fayetteville, as well as several other family members and many friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Adrian and Glenna Lindsey, and her maternal grandparents, Doyne and Charlotte Finney. Pallbearers are Elbert Lindsey, William Tanner Lindsey, Oakley Davis, Chase Baker, Barkley Davis, and Mark Fortenberry. Honorary pallbearers are Jocie Baker, Arden Kvern Stjerna, Jayden Mourer Long, and the BHS Class of 2014. Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home in Batesville at 3 p.m., with David Insell and Jody Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service.
