Claudie David Smith, 71, of Hazen, formerly of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away on Sunday April 3, at his home. His children; grandchildren; siblings; and a host of other relatives survive him. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 16 at 3 p.m. at Prairie Chapel MB Church, 411 East Washington in Hazen.
