Mary Formby

Mary Formby, 61, of Cabot, passed away on August 13, 2022, with her loving husband by her side. She was born December 12, 1960, in Turlock, California, to Doyle and Willa Mae Woody. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jonathan Woody, and her son, Christopher James Formby. Mary will always be remembered as the cornerstone of her family. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, Grammy, and Great-Grammy. She is survived by her husband, James D. Formby; daughter, Angie (Terry) Libby; sister, Paula (David) Cox; five grandchildren, Mason Libby, Christopher Libby, Elizabeth Libby, Matthew Libby, Michael Libby; and one great-grandchild, Emmersyne Libby.
