Nagel Champlin

Nagel Champlin passed away peacefully at home in Austin, Ark., August 27, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lillie Mae Champlin. He is survived by his wife, Donna Champlin; sister, Pat Brockinton (Frankie Cox) of Austin; daughter, Trisha Champlin of Austin; son, Chuck Champlin of Austin; stepchildren, Deanne (Jeff) Moore of Searcy, Leanne (Vernon) Pribble of Wynne, and Shane (Janet) Sumler of Austin; 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Traci McLean for the loving care given to Nagel and Donna for the past two years. Nagel was a faithful member and leader at Baugh Chapel Baptist Church. Visitation will be held at Baugh Chapel Baptist Church Thursday evening, September 1, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral will be held Friday, at Baugh Chapel Baptist Church at 2 p.m. with burial following at Sixteenth Section Cemetery.
