CECELIA REYES COCHRAN LAMPKIN passed away and went home to be with her Heavenly Father on December 4, 2022, at 5:50 p.m. She was surrounded by the love of her family. Cecelia was born January 31, 1941, in Blue Water, N.M. to Lucianna (Lucy) Martinez and Gavino Reyes. Cecelia was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. She retired from the Veterans Hospital, after many years of service. Cecelia will be missed by many.
