Geneva Annette Lewis went to be with The Lord, at age 87, on January 25, 2022. She was born in England, Ark., to Thelma and Archie Bradshaw and moved to North Little Rock, Ark., at 3 years old. She loved growing up there. She attended schools there and went to nursing school at Baptist Medical Center and University of Arkansas. After graduating, she went into Nursing, and this was her calling. She loved the profession. Geneva married in 1955 and had three children: Toni Marie and twins Cheryl and Roy Glen, Jr. She retired from nursing in 1994. In 1997, she moved to California to be close to both daughters and family. In 2005, she moved to Ingram, Texas, where her brother and sister lived. She found her church home at Trinity Baptist in Kerrville. She sang in the Prime Time Choir, loving music. Sewing for Jesus mission and Nursing home visitation were joys for her. Geneva loved antique shopping, going to estate sales and refinishing furniture. Geneva is survived by her daughter, Toni and husband Jim Harvey; grandson, Patrick Lewis; daughter, Cheryl Lewis; and granddaughter, Logan Danyelle. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister, and her son. Geneva asked that any memorials be made to the local Cancer Society in honor of her son, Glen. The family wants to thank those who helped in her final days at home. Cremation was requested. A private memorial service was held due to COVID.
