Mary Louise Smith

MARY LOUISE SMITH WHEELER MCCULLOCH, of Maumelle, Ark., went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2022. Louise was born February 17, 1932, in Searcy, Ark., to Eugene and Vida Caldwell Smith. Louise is preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, A.G. Wheeler; and her husband of 21 years, Edward McCulloch. She is also preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Albert and James Smith; and sister, Jean Thomas. Left to cherish her memory are her children, John (Judy) Wheeler, Joy (Rodger) Gentry, Jackie Wheeler, and Jeffrey Wheeler. She is survived by nine Grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, sister, Marie Sperry; and many nieces and nephews. There is not enough time or paper to mention the many people that Louise has "adopted" as her own, had an influence on her life, and she on theirs. Louise's greatest plea is that you give your life to the Lord and someday you will find her waiting for you at the feet of Jesus. A Memorial service and celebration of her life will be on held on February 16, 2022, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Maumelle, with family visitation at 10-11 a.m. A private family interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Gideon's International.
