Montine Neely Sipes, age 83 of White Hall, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 in Pine Bluff. She was born March 26, 1939 in Cornersville, Ark., to the late Carl Neely and Ethel Doss Neely. Montine was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband John D. Sipes, and daughter Tina Sipes Hoskins.
She is survived by her sons Randy Sipes of Star City, Marty Sipes (Glenda) of White Hall, sisters, Betty Neely Swinney of Houston, Texas, and Joyce Neely Took of Star City, son-in-law Davis Hoskins, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
