Ruby Starks 75, of North Little Rock transitioned into eternal rest on June 30 with her family around her. Mrs. Starks was a life time member of the McAlmont Church Of Christ. Also, a former North Little Rock McCain Walmart associate of many years. She was a very mild mannered and loving person who wore a smile that would light up a room as she walked in. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She leaves to cherish her love and memories, her husband; Ozell "Mr. Boe" Starks, children; Ozell Starks Jr., Odessa Renee Collier, Patrick Starks, Samantha Starks, Christopher Starks, and a host of other relatives and friends. Sons; Michael & Bryant Starks, preceded her in death. Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday July 11, at the McAlmont Church Of Christ in North Little Rock.
