Francene Hardin

Francene Hardin, 76, of Pine Bluff, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022. She was born July 14, 1945, in Pine Bluff, to the late Fred and Ruth Ridgway Gladden. Francene was a lifelong resident of Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff High School in 1963. She then attended Southern State University, receiving her B.A. in Sociology. Francene worked as a hearing officer for the Arkansas Department of Human Services for over 40 years before retiring. She enjoyed travelling and spending time with her family, especially her great-nephews. Francene was a Methodist. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Howard Hardin; and brother, Arthur Gladden. Survivors include her twin sister, Fredene Youngblood and husband Charles of Pine Bluff; nephew, Christopher Youngblood and wife Nikia of White Hall; and great-nephews, Blaine Carter, Treyten Carter and Grayson Youngblood. Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at Ralph Robinson and Son. A graveside service will follow at 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Graceland Cemetery.
