Joyce M. Jones

Joyce M. Jones, of Little Rock, Ark., transitioned to her Heavenly Father's Arms on February 28, 2022, with family by her bedside at Baptist Hospital. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Odis and Pearlie Rose of Hampton, Arkansas, two sons, Arlen Bernard and Aaron Jones. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Arlen Jones and daughter, Arlinda J. Jones of Mesquite, Texas, two sisters, Betty (Dossie) Brown of Country Club Hill, Illinois., Minnie Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas, two brothers, William Rose of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Odis (Carolyn) Rose of Hampton, Arkansas, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Joyce attended Little Rock Nursing School and worked for St. Vincent and Baptist Health Hospital where she retired after 30 years. Services are scheduled for Wednesday, March 9, 2022, 12 p.m., public viewing will be 11 a.m., at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 2501 Main Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Services entrusted to Faithful Funeral Home, 7727 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, Edward Shelton, Director.
