Joseph "Joe" Herman Mills

Joseph "Joe" Herman Mills, 87, of Beebe, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2022. He was born September 10, 1934, in Little Rock, to the late David C. and Mary "Minnie" Jane (Nantz) Mills. Joe owned and operated Joe's Used Cars and was a mechanic for over 40 years. In addition to his parents, Mr. Mills was preceded in death by his wife, Evy Delois Pipkin Mills and his seven siblings. Joe is survived by his daughter, Elvie Mills McKinney of South Bend; grandchildren, Brandi Hicks and Crystal Chivers; three great-grandsons, Jacob and Ethan Hicks, and Payton Chivers; and his loving companion, Dorothy Hammon. Funeral services were Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Joe was laid to rest at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
