Reta Mae Remington

Reta Mae Remington, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, March 15, surrounded by her loved ones at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Ark. Reta was born in Lowell, Ark., on July 7th, 1940, to Albert (Lonnie) and Vivian Brown. She graduated from business college and worked as a clerk and bookkeeper until marrying John Remington in 1963. She had three beautiful children, two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren and was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church, where she had many friends. Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Dusty and his wife Mary Remington of Lowell, Ark.; a daughter, Misty Remington and her husband David Rehbehn of Rockville, Md.; a daughter, Kelly Remington and her husband Robert Hendrix of Dallas, Texas; a grandson, Tyler Remington and his wife Tiffany Capshaw of Springdale, Ark.; and a grandson, Zachary Remington of Lowell, Ark. A graveside service will be held Thursday, March 17th, at Spring Creek cemetery. There will be no public visitation. Westfield Funeral home in Springdale is entrusted with arrangements.
