Jacklynn L. Williams-White, 73, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life April 29, 2022. She is preceded in death by grandparents, David and Marie Franklin; nephew, Aaron Lovelace; niece, Lacie Thomas; and, brother-in-law, William McDowell, Sr. She leaves to cherish her memories children, Keith, Andre, Sr. (Elizabeth), Shawn, Damon (Bridgette) and Brandi.
