Hervey Lee Bizzell

Hervey Lee Bizzell, age 79, of Conway, Ark., passed away Friday, May 20, 2022. He was born January 24, 1943, in Morrilton, Ark., a son of the late Hervey H. Bizzell and the late Emogene Batson Bizzell. He retired as an automotive maintenance supervisor and previously was an employee of Winrock Farms on Petit Jean Mountain. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene of Conway and was known for his sense of humor and storytelling. He is survived by his wife, Ellen "Parette" Bizzell of Conway; daughter, Kimberly (Jimmie) Barnett of Greenbrier; son, Wesley (Joseph Summerill) Bizzell of Tiburon, Calif.; two grandsons: James Barnett and Jacob Summerill Bizzell; one brother: Charlie (Alyce) Bizzell of Golden, Colo. Other than his parents, he was preceded by his two brothers: Frank and Larry Bizzell. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, at the Harris Chapel, with Pastor Tim Britton officiating. Burial is at Elmwood Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 23 at the funeral home.
